I like that a lot. I’ve been thinking about an Omega kinda similar to that for awhile as a first vintage/sorta luxury/sorta dressy watch. Prices tend to be pretty good for what you get. That seems to be a really good price but also right at the point where I start wondering if it’s a bit too good.
Ugh that’s the thing with vintage watches, either they’re expensive or I get worried

30 seconds on google suggests it was originally a bar mitzvah gift and may not have been, shall we say, attentively maintained over the years.

I would stay away from that one. Omega movements from the 70s aren’t the best. You’d be better off spendjng a couple hundred more on a better movement (50s and 60s) and avoiding the hastle of trying to service a 70s omega. It will definitely save you money in the long run
